  Ive been registered with P4V trowbridge a few years, but rarely have to bring in my cat as he is old, but gold. Recently though we had an issue which needed emergency care, they got me in within 40 mins the first day, and immediately for follow up the day after. Matthew (vet and owner) was so kind and really put me at ease giving me all the best advice regarding the welfare and comfort of my lovely boy. He gave me all the options. Was clear on costing. Risk and comfort and helped me make the right choices for Vlad. Today was a very unnerving day. Where I was in the waiting room and my boy was in the back, and the lovely ladies Sam and Laura on reception we just the best! So caring and kind, helped me feel better although I was a bit of a mess. Made a fuss of him when he came out and were super helpful on the whatsapp chat after we got home whlith all my questions i forgot to ask whilst i was flapping. They made a very horrid experience so much better. We are home now with meds, and have a follow up booked, but I felt so heard, very respected and vlad was taken good care of - and even got a treat which made him less angry at the universe. Would recommend highly. Thank you! ❤️

  Ignore staff if you overhear office talk issues aloud or about patients. Vet wanted "£300 to £400" for a urine test.. moved vets and was told this is completely normal and to ignore.

  Absolutely appalling care and only interested in money… my puppy had a small accident going back a month ago, I was given 3 different diagnosis in the space of a week and a half. Refused an x-ray and told me to go straight to amputation. I took her for a second opinion elsewhere and within 2 days she was seen, x-rayed and correctly diagnosed. And now due to vets4pets in Trowbridge negligence, my puppy has now got an incorrectly healed fracture and I have to find 6K for an operation to fix the problem vets4pets have caused.
