We have visited both the Chippenham practice and the Melksham practice. Both practices are amazing. I visited the Melksham practice yesterday with my working cocker spaniel. He is very nervous during vet visits. All the staff at the practice are so accommodating and do as much as they can to make it a positive experience for my dog. The lady at reception had my next batch of flea medication ready when I arrived- this is so handy when you have a nervous dog. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a vet practice.

I have a nervous lab when at the vets, but they always manage to put her at ease, caring and not just seen as £ signs. Been with Hale Vets for all our dogs spanning many years.
