  Great experience at Chapel Vets with my pup Mr Douglas for his castration. Process was simple and I was kept well informed from initial appointment to make the most informed decision as an owner. He’s recovering well at home and hopefully started to forgive me!

  After our lovely greyhound suffered a nasty injury to his ear though being attacked by a huge dog that wasn't on a lead, we had a very reassuring emergency consultation at Chapel Vets. The vet was brilliant with him and us. This was the first time we had needed anything other than a routine appointment for vaccinations, etc. so we were pleased at how quickly we were able to get him seen. My only reservation is the cost. Naturally, we would pay whatever was needed for our lad to recover, but I can't see how a 10 minute consultation, 14 antibiotic tablets and a small phial of pain reliever can possibly come to £205. I suppose that would be the cost at any of the local vets but it does feel that the love of our animals is being taken advantage of. However, this would not prevent us recommending Chapel Vets.

  Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable reception team who are fantastic on the telephone and in person. Roxy has had professional love and care from vets and nursing team alike, she was always met with so much compassion during and after a spaying operation and yesterday equally for a separate reason. She goes into the practice with an excited wag of her tail, that tells a huge positive story from the patient herself. Highly recommended to anyone where to take their beloved pet. Well done to you all.
