I can't thank Beeches enough! They've come to the rescue for my cats at the last minute on two occasions. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate is truly appreciated.

Sorry, I had found this vets and all the staff friendly & helpful ( been with them just over a year) until today. Had a health check booked in for my Spanish rescue.. , he has been in the UK for almost 6 years. I was told today they would not treat him unless he had a blood test and it was negative ( for Brucella Canis) Spain is not a high risk country, this is just about the money.. I do not appreciate the way it was communicated.. if so serious ( was noticed 2 years ago) why not at least let me know your intention in advance. I do not recommend

We had three cats for 16 years. They always went to Beeches. They have always been very helpful and flexible to give our cats the best care. When my cats unfortunately had to be put down due to health issues they made it as painless as possible and now offer free service to get paw and nose prints which are such a cute.

The vet I saw was nice (hattie) however, I have issues and cannot afford any more treatment for my beloved guinea pig and no one will help me and the treatment didn't work and was misdiagnosed anyway so I am very unhappy now with the service and how can vets say they love animals etc when they would let one suffer or even die for a price? Perhaps its the government's fault but that's not really poor customers problems when they love their pets and they've paid loads already and can't genuinely afford more because they have no money or friends or family who have money and you are saying rich people shoild only have pets 🤔but doesn't mean they look after them or love them anymore or even treat them any better . Very upset at this service and the system as a whole
