We had to say goodbye to our little boy twiglet just before Christmas. These vets were incredible. We were in tears and could barely talk.. they didn’t rush us! The vet gave us so much time and we were there for almost an hour cuddling Him but in the end we knew it was time to let him go. Although the vet said we could have longer. Absolutely lovely vets. I asked the vet to please hug twiglet tight for me and she said “of course I will, he’s in safe hands”. What wonderful people in such a hard time. When we picked him up they had him in the most beautiful bag and box with his hair in a bottle and they used every colour of his hair which means so much to us! I couldn’t thank them enough for their support, highly recommend them! We will go back to them every single time.

“We want to thank all of the staff at Harris Hill & Gibbons (Trowbridge) and Macqueen’s in Devizes who they referred us to (part of same group). What started as an awful accident with our pup breaking his leg was handled so well by everyone who helped get our little Samson back on his feet. The whole team were so caring and reassuring to both us and Sam, it made such a difference knowing that we left him with people who are so passionate about caring for everyone’s beloved pet family members. They supported us through our insurance claim and made this super easy to get processed quickly. We’d highly recommend them to anyone for anything veterinary related.”

Highly recommend Harris, Hill and Gibbons! The vet Will has been absolutely amazing with our complicated dog, very thorough, and genuinely caring every step of the way. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Becky and the reception team, all very helpful, and supportive, making every visit so much easier. We’re very grateful for the outstanding care our dog, Binky, has received. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My 10 week old puppy was born with a deformed front right limb and During the consultation with Pete we had all of our options, risks and possible outcomes explained in detail and were given an estimated price for treatment. We chose to go forward with an amputation which he had last Wednesday and he is healing amazingly from. I honestly can not thank all of the staff at HHG Trowbridge enough because every single one of them showed just as much love and compassion for my boy as he would get at home during what was undoubtedly a very scary and stressful time. I absolutely love the fact that he received all the cuddles and comfort he needed from everyone and that today at his first post op check he received the same treatment. I am beyond grateful for every single person at this vet, the surgical team as well as all the vet techs and receptionists all are absolutely amazing people through and through which absolutely made me feel so much better about his operation. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Saved my dog's life - literally. She was received unconscious and had a number of nights there. I know she was given the best overnight care due to the depth of reports and her eagerness to stay while she recovered. I was provided early morning progress updates and entirely grateful to the team of experts at HHG. I am a visitor to that practice so always cautious visiting a new vet - but these guys really are superb - thank you HHG!
