    Even though my dog is poorly and has not being able to eat. Wasn't interested as soon as I said I was on benefits,. So really only bothered about the money they receive! and not the animal at all!.. 😕👎

    Normally ok but my last visit to rubery this week i wasn't happy.. i arrived for my appointment and the receptionist asked me to wait outside because theirs another bulldog inside which was aggressive.. WITH NO MUZZLE ON. i am disabled and i was cold waiting outside standing up for 10 minutes.. i was not happy being treated like this.. APPALLING really.. won't be going back here..

    It's the only vet practise where my cat hasn't thrown a hissy fit and peed on everyone. They let us enter the examination room too, this has helped a lot as our chap gets very anxious when we're not there during what I can only imagine he views as torture in the form of a health checkup.

    down to earth absolutely brilliant. After being refused to be seen by my 2 local vets because my boy wasn't registered even though I explained that I thought he was dying Townsends had no problem at all by 1030 that morning he had been seen and now doing brilliant Wendy's a god send
