I would like to leave a special thank you to Noemi, who has been taking care of my cats for the past couple of years. After a very disappointing experience with my previous vet, I was looking for a place where my pets would receive not only professional care, but also genuine compassion and love. From the first visit, I felt that my cats were in the right hands. Noemi is absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what she does. Whenever I had concerns or even emergencies, she was always there to help and guide me, which means so much when it comes to our pets. The clinic itself is also the cleanest veterinary clinic I have ever visited, which gives me even more confidence in the care they provide. I am sure all the vets there are doing a wonderful job, but this review is a special appreciation for Noemi. Another thing I truly appreciate is the transparency and honesty regarding treatments and costs. Everything has always been clearly explained, with no unpleasant surprises, which unfortunately was my experience at my previous vet. I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to mention about this clinic. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and caring team. Thank you, Noemi, for everything you do for our furry family members. 🤎🐾

Came home to a absolute bloodbath from my boys manhood. Spoke to the lady in the phone she was amazing reassuring and incredibly helpful. Turned up 2 mins before my time waiting room was empty as enzos a big dog and can be reactive to dog aggression. Vet was very informative both on medical knowledge which she seemed very experienced, and financial costs providing a printed quote for each option on treatment she'd extensively explained.i have bad anxiety and my boy is my support dog the ladies couldn't have made this experience any less stressful. Thank you so much only vets id ever go to.

Sasha has just had 12 teeth removed by Maria and the team, the care has been brilliant, we moved here from our old vets in oldbury as un happy with big company fees and lack of care or empathy, so glad we did. We had a phone call the next day after surgery to check on her progress and a visit a day after and one next week, these follow up consultations were included with procedure and they have been great and very informative to us. The level of care has been fantastic so much better than we were ever given from our previous vet chain. So glad we moved 🥰 she has had medication to help with pain relief also, she is a delicate soul.

I registered with Local Vets as soon as I realised they were independent. Not only did they make the process of transferring Marley's records over easy they saw him the next day for his booster. Vet Maria was lovely and took good care of Marley. I would highly recommend moving your pets over to Local vets.

  • I moved to this vets after my old one kept overcharging and making me wait for hours, even with booked appointments. I needed an emergency X-ray and the previous place quoted a ridiculous price and took so long to see my cat, so I tried this clinic instead. They were helpful, friendly, quick and looked after everything the X-ray, surgery, and all follow-ups. My cat is doing great now. Really can’t recommend them enough.
