I honestly can’t rate this practice highly enough. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. The reception team are fantastic, they always ask how my dog is doing, especially when we’re coming back for her ongoing issue, which really means a lot. Karen and Frankie are worth a special mention, they are both brilliant and so helpful (although all the staff are lovely!). They are also very accommodating when you call. If something feels urgent I’ve always been able to get an appointment quickly, which is really reassuring. We see Alex for my dog’s inflammatory bowel disease and he has been amazing. He’s so caring, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares.

5 stars absolutely after today. Not registered but the staff were amazing in getting me in with my bearded dragon Norbert who was very ill, and needed to be put to sleep. The reception team, the vet Amy and nurses were all so lovely and professional and explained everything that would happen and were so gentle with him. Thank you for making his passing so peaceful. You all are a credit to Manor Vets 🦎🤍🕊️🐾

Edgbaston branch temporarily closed due to flooding. Manor Vets communicated this clearly and swiftly rescheduled my appointment. My cat completed her vaccination rounds today. Visited a caring and attentive vet (Victoria) and smooth check-in with friendly staff. Thank you 🫡

I’ve had my rabbit and cat registered at Manor Vets (Kent Road) for over 5 years now. The team are all wonderful, from the receptionists to the vets. Their pet plan is amazing and good value for money in my opinion. My pets have been spayed and microchipped there and have their annual vaccinations, health checks and any treatments like fly strike, flea and worming all included in the monthly payment. They have a thorough health check that’s done with care, they give great advice if you need and appointments are easy to book online or over the phone. I’m really happy with their service and the cat and rabbit are always chilled at their appointments too!

Booked my male kitten in to be neutered. As a new owner, I didn’t realise I had to be specific, I thought it was obvious he was a boy, especially as we’d already been to the vets twice before this appointment. While I was at work, I received a phone call saying they couldn’t find my kitten’s ovaries. They didn’t charge me for the (incorrect) spay. Through this entire process, though, the manager never contacted me, no written reply to my email that I’d sent on the same day, just a phone call almost a week later from the vet explaining that as a gesture of goodwill, they’d do his castration for free (I asked this on the day they ‘spayed’ him). By this point, though, I’d already decided to move to a new vets. The only response to my email was that it was forwarded to the complaints department. He’s been in a onesie since the 3rd, I’ve only just taken it off, even though there is still a scab there that I hope he leaves alone, and he’s now booked to be castrated at a different vets on Monday. The new vets were shocked by what had happened, and also pointed out an issue with his teeth that Manor Vets had never mentioned. I feel a lot safer with them already.
