  Absolutely amazing service everytime,we was greeted by the lovely receptionist who came over to see my cat and had a lovely conversation about her tuxedo cat ,the vet was absolutely amazing he answered all my questions that I had about Kizzy and even offered food recommendations but was very aware of cat food pricing and recommended great priced cat food ,he did my cats shot so easily and checked everything ,what an amazing vets Kizzy loved her trip!!🩷🩷

  I am extremely disappointed by the lack of compassion shown by this practice. A friend found a stray cat in an appalling condition with a serious eye injury and obvious signs that it urgently needed veterinary care. When she contacted this practice for help, she was told they would only see the cat if she registered it as her own and agreed to pay for treatment. The member of staff was also rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. Thankfully another veterinary practice stepped in and provided the urgent care the cat desperately needed. I understand that veterinary practices have costs and cannot provide unlimited free treatment, but I expected concern for an animal that was clearly suffering and respectful advice for someone trying to do the right thing. Instead, we were met with indifference and a complete lack of empathy. They have duty of care and should not turn down animal in need! Seams like its all about money to them. Money making machine and no care about suffering animal. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this practice. They are a disgrace

  I have had my cat registered here for about a year now and they have been the best I have ever dealt with. Very gentle with him and they are patient; very clear in what he could have and what the next steps could be. He recently got seen by Emma Griffin and she was a gem, we were quite a late appointment and she was the best. We recommend.

  This Vets practice is just the best!!..clean, hygenic and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Explain things so i fully understood. Friendly to my pets. The Pet Plan is an excellent and not too expensive. Highly recommend

  One of my dogs very quickly became uncomfortable with an eye infection. Was able to be quickly be seen by a knowledgeable veterinarian who gave treatment which has seen our dog respond and recover quickly. Very professional staff at this practice and glad we chose to have our dogs moved to the Blacks Vets group after some poor service at a previous practice. Been with Blacks for nearly 2yrs and very pleased with the care they have given to our dogs.
