      Absolutely disgusting place .took my pup less then 12 mths old to be told kennel cough even tho we disagreed saying we really think there is an object stuck . Told to return the next day if no better we was in the room less then 10 min . To be told constipation we returned again the following day for further investigation. I asked for a scan and to put on fluids due to no water intake . We had a a phone call after 8 hours to be told he was constipated , baffled we asked he really don’t seem any better . No shaven areas for a canula or a scan . By 3 hours after returning home I rushed to another vets for a second opinion. We was told by the second vets he had a foreign object stuck causing pancreatic he had hours to live , thankfully black vets rushed him for surgery he now has half of stomach due to the object being left so long . How can you charge for a service not do the service obviously as the object was not tiny and let a puppy walk out

      Absolutely horrendous place. Put a healthy 8 month old puppy down even after recieving a phone call prior to the dog arriving to explain that there was a rehoming option on the same day in place!! Poor puppy hadn't even been given a chance, no professional training, no rehoming option explored - now a happy, healthy 8 month old dog is dead. No questions asked? Same day - done. Prior to this ive heard countless bad reviews from this place!!!! AVOID.

      Recently l took my Staffordshire bull terrier to see Izabella. I always ask to see Michelle but she was on holiday. My Staffy has a benign growth of fatty tissue which now and again bleeds and l was worried about it becoming infected. Izabella told me they could remove it and it would cost about £1000. On examining it she really squeezed it which made it bleed alot. She advised me to put saline solution on it. I was never offered any medication or dressing I was really shocked by the lack of care. Unfortunately it did become infected. I have sinced moved to another vets and am receiving good quality care. I will never use Vets4Pets again.

      Some of the staff aren’t helpful for the price you’re paying- there is a couple that are lovely though . However I’ve changed my cats to another vets as not very happy with timekeeping , every time I went for an appointment the vet/ nurse was late with nobody else sat in the waiting room. Considering you’re paying so much I don’t think this should be a regular occurrence. Also one of the reception staff was rude to me on the phone.

      I cannot fault this place at all! Every single receptionist, vet and nurse they have are great and such a credit to the company! FROM the time my car got hit by a lorry outside the practice and they took my puppy and looked after her and still continued to see to her so I could go and sort the issue out with my car, TO the EXTREME patience they have for my dog even though she absolutely HATES the vets and does anything to get out of there but they still persist and do what they need to do, also taking into consideration that she is a dachshund so take extra care with her back even when she’s flopping around like a fish! Also squeezing an appointment in before they close when I panicked she was bleeding after being spayed(turned out to be a cut on her foot🤦‍♀️) They are absolutely amazing! Always will praise this vets and will take every animal I have/have in the future to this practice! Thank you to every single receptionist, vet and nurse here, you are all doing a great job!! From Dory & her very happy owner 😁🥰
