In short, i had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I was misinformed about what was included in a healthcare plan and later asked to pay unexpected charges. Although staff admitted this was due to miscommunication and assured me the plan was voided, it was later activated without my consent and direct debits were taken from my account. I was repeatedly contacted about a balance that did not exist, despite having paid in full for the starter packs I took out instead. I was told multiple times a manager would follow up—this never happened and I have still not had any response to my complaint or an apology for the continuous back and forth and distress. There is a serious communication problem within this practise and I feel strongly that they need to update their systems because information sharing is non-existent in this place. The communication I received was severely poor throughout and I had to explain my situation and repeat myself on different occasions, a minimum of five times with no resolve. I was never given any sort of apology or accountability, I was continuously told they would speak with a manager and get back to me which NEVER happened every single time they said it. I was extremely patient throughout this, and I know if it was anybody else, they may not have reacted the same as i did. Maybe that’s why nothing was ever done for me. This whole situation has caused me significant stress and a complete loss of trust in the practice and veterinary system. (Also to mention the poor practise as my kitten had to be microchipped a total of three times due to failed implantation. This was unsettling for me as a new pet owner.) Save your time and money and go elsewhere where.

They are very good vets. No problems with making appointment and they are little chipper than others. Friendly staff. I brough a stray cat which was wondering in my garden for the last 3 weeks and slept in my home. At the clinic they found he was microchipped and contacted the owner who said the cat was missing and later he collected him from the vet. Happy ending for one cat.

Avoid at all costs. Bad information and advice given, appointments are always 30 to 40 minutes late, with no explanation or apology because the receptionists are “not psychic” in their own words. Rubbish customer service, rubbish appointment system, incorrect advice given on overseas pet travel that caused huge distress. Avoid at all costs

First visit with our new pup. I got my time wrong and arrived 40 minutes early, maybe I was lucky (they weren't very busy) we were seen within 10 min. The receptionist was fantastic and very knowledgeable as was the vet. No complaints from me.
