A special thanks to the receptionists, nurses and vets who have looked after Rosie over the 16 years we have had her, especially these last few months when she was having more visits. Every staff member who dealt with us on such a difficult day were so kind and caring and gave us no pressure to rush. We were able to have cherishing last moments with her and know she was in good hands.

What's happened to this vets it used to be such a lovely vets but recently new staff rude receptionist the one with the fringe so rude im not paying hundreds of pounds to be spoken to like im dirt and the male vet that has no decoram and seems more interested in how much money they can get out of you rather than the care for my cats I've taken all 3 of my cats out of here and gone to white Cross who actually show they love the pets and very nice receptionist

Took my cat here , within 3 months 3 different vets saw her all of them struggled to hear her heart none of them bothered to do anything about it. On my last visit she struggled to breath , they gave her an injection and send me home with her the next day I had to take her to an emergency vet. Turns out she was on heart failure and it was too late. If you care about your fur babies don’t take them here.

My cat lost the use of his back legs one day and after calling around a few vets and getting no where my friend gave me the number for this place and straight away they were so kind and helpful on reception. I got my cat registered and seen within the hour, unfortunately I had to put him to sleep as he was old and sick. The vet was so helpful and sympathetic and explained everything to me in detail and with such care. The whole experience was handled so well and they made it very special. A few days later I received a beautiful hand written card with condolences for the loss of my cat which I thought was so sweet and it's something I had never received from a vets before after going through the same thing. I highly recommend this vets and I will be registering my other pets here.

I have been with these guys for years!! They are friendly helpful from the moment you walk through the door!! The vets treat each animal like they are their own giving them love and comfort to reassure them! To the point that my dog loves going 😊
