They saved our youngest dog's life when he had a blockage back in the summer and we use them for all our animals health care. We unfortunately had to say goodnight to our cat last night and all the staff were very attentive and compassionate.

We brought a dog for someone else named Declan and the vets were so amazing! We saw Tim, he was not judgemental and was extremely sympathetic and worked out an affordable plan for us to pay on behalf of someone else. Declan is an old boy who hates being picked up, but Tim wss so gentle and kind Decky didnt bat an eye! Would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing care and service. The receptionists are really friendly and helped out when Declan had a little accident in the waiting room💗😂

Special Friends have looked after my pets for many years now and supported them through various illnesses and injuries. When they haven't been able to help, they've known who to ask, and I've never doubted that they truly care about the animals they treat. I trust that they always provide the best information and treatment that they can, and they never do anything just to get money. My black lab loves it there so much I have to drag her out 😂. The many treats she gets there probably doesn't help...

Special friends vets are amazing. They go above and beyond to care for our pets and the humans, Their cups of sugary tea are the best medicine for shocked humans Our poor fur baby Mr Dash got attacked by another dog this week and they went above and beyond to care for us all...the staff were amazing...we just turned up...they took him straight away to treat him and also looked after his human and cleaned her up and dressed wounds before we went off to the hospital. They kept our beautiful boy and looked after him , made him feel safe and loved. The team are amazing. Would've use anywhere else ...

Couldn’t recommend more! We adopted our dog when she was 6 months old after she’d had a really tough start in life. We found later that she has severe hip dysplasia and we’re support through the process of action plans and which specialist would be best for us, given our insurance coverage and finances. She’s spend a couple days at the vets and each time I know she’s taken care of, whether that was for X-rays or her spay. Everytime we are reassured that she’s had lots of love, and the fact she LOVES visiting the vets proves that right! Having her spay was such an easy process, also the actual incision was so neat and heal super fast! Amazing vets with a lovely team! Thank you for looking our our girl ❤️
