Sorry it’s taken this long to write a review but we lost our beloved beagle Ollie just after Xmas and it’s been a difficult few weeks, I would just like to thank all the staff at the Worcester branch for all their kindness and compassion,he was surrounded by the family at the end and we were never felt pressured to to leave after and allowed to spend the last few minutes with him. We received his ashes back after only a few days complete with a lovely hand written card and his paw prints on it which was a lovely touch.once again thank you SO MUCH your compassion made what was a very traumatic experience a little easier to go through. Many many thanks from the ware family

We have always found both the vets and the vet nurses àt Berkeley House to be kind and attentive. We have had both our cats and dogs treated here over the years and have no complaints at all. We particularly love the reception staff who are always welcoming.

We have used Severn Vets for several years, first with our old cats, then our two rescue dogs, and most recently with our two rescue kittens, Snips and Smoe, who had their first vaccinations and microchipping appointment yesterday. We have been seen by seveal vets over the years for routine appointments for vaccinations etc, dentals, neutering, emergency admissions and end of life care. All interactions have been handled professionally, with warm care and compassion. The vet nurses and reception team are also fantastic, always friendly and full of really useful information and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
