Lovely vets with lovely staff. Have always been brilliant with Buddy & my 3 previous dogs over decades. From annual health checks, vaccinations, minor issues, even chocolate poisoning!! and the sad time we all dread, they have been fantastic & empathetic.

Kind, patient and informative care given at every visit. Severn vets at Tybridge and Berkeley are always amazing. They have provided care to both my cats and supported me through a very upsetting terminal illness in one of my cats. The cost is well worth their excellent care.

Excellent service. Contacted them on Saturday at 2pm as we were worried that our cat had something in her ears. Given an appointment for 4pm. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very good examination by the vet and given drops. Phew panic over!!As a plus, because we are on the Pet Plan, we had that consultation free and only paid for the drops.

AVOID….getting your animals nails clipped here! Our bunny had a painful time, 2 quicks cut attending an appointment that should have been painless and comfortable. I had to wash the blood off my hand. White clear nails too how incompetent. A very upset child all evening.

Excellent care received as usual - 100 times better than trying to see my GP! Reception staff know my cats’ names, they had the medication ready and I didn’t even need to ask. The vet remembered what had been wrong with the one cat a few months ago and followed this up. She praised my care and feeding of my cat, and she asked about the cat’s longstanding heart murmur (she must have read the record or remembered from a previous visit) I never feel rushed and I always feel like the staff want the best for my cats. The cat club plan is an excellent way to save money and spread the regular costs over a 12 month period.
