Supportive and professional experience throughout! My dog ate a hot cross bun on a walk due to the toxicity in raisins I contacted the emergency line who answered immediately and managed to get me an appointment within 10 minutes of the call. The vet, nurses and reception team were amazing! My dog can be super nervous but the staff were all incredible, super supportive and treated my dog immediately! Thank you :)

Read on Google →We had our miniature dachshund spayed here via key hole surgery last month, all the staff were amazing and super friendly. We can’t recommend this place enough.
Read on Google →Massacre. I do not recommend!! Not very intelligent people work there. I'm booking an appointment, not the first one for the booster vaccination, I say, as usual, the dog is stressed, some pills to calm down (as usual), not only about waiting 40 minutes (the dog is stressed), but also about putting on the muzzle, once the dog has calmed down, the vet "doesn't feel comfortable". Stronger drugs should be given and the patient should be treated from the back. why wasn't it possible to do this right away when booking (remember, the dog was there not for the first time and always backwards) I'm paying for the medicines again and they don't feel guilty!! you pay again and they literally don't care about anything! not professionals!! The manager didn't care about anything, she thought that nothing had happened and that I had to waste my time poisoning the dog with tranquilizers and pay for the drugs again when they made a mistake when booking!!
