  My 13 week old puppy was treated with love and care like all the other dogs waiting to be seen. The receptionist put us at ease and explained how they triage the patients according to their needs. The vet was very efficient and put Sydney out puppy at ease before during and after his treatment. Would definitely return if we have a problem ooh's it is reassuring to know they are there. I also had a call the next day to see how Sydney was brilliant service.

  We can’t thank the team enough for the care Rodney received after breaking his leg. From the moment we arrived, we were seen straight away, which was such a relief in an emergency. Every member of staff was kind, compassionate and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain all of our treatment options, were completely transparent about the costs involved, and made sure we understood everything before making any decisions. Rodney was made as comfortable as possible throughout his stay, and the team thoroughly explained his medication, aftercare and what to expect during his recovery. It was a really stressful situation for us, but the professionalism, empathy and communication from everyone involved made it so much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing emergency veterinary care. Thank you so much for looking after Rodney so well.

  Honest (and hopefully balanced) review of a recent experience my husband and I had with this vets. We don't live locally but he was in the area. Our dog accidently ate some granola so we attended this vet for advice. They were quick to see her and provided appropriate treatment and care. I would warn you though that it was VERY expensive. All up it cost near £600 and she was only with the vet for about 30 min at the most. No surgery needed - medication to make her vomit up the granola (which had raisins in it). That included a substantial admin fee for having to complete insurance paperwork (which hadn't yet been done) which our usual vet doesn't charge separately, they incorporate that into their fees. We then had to chase them to complete the claim and then had to chase them again once the claim was paid (directly to them from the insurer) to get our money back that was owed to us from the insurance payment. Was not thrilled by that. Given we'd paid extra for their admin support I'd have hoped to not have to chase them at all for these things.

  We are so grateful for Vets Now Worcester for saving our little golden retriever puppy when she stole and ate some human pain killers. We don’t know if she would still be here today without their care and fast response. Victoria the vet was lovely and reassured us when we were so worried. The team were always at the end of the phone at all hours to give updates on Nellie’s progress and answer any queries. Thank you so much for looking after her so well 🥰

  We had to take our cat on a Sunday morning as she had become quite poorly with a recurring bladder issue. Although the cost is high we feel it was worth it as both the vet and the vet nurse were so efficient and reassuring. They’ve also suggested that it may be a different issue causing the problem to what our usual vet says. This is something we will be following up with our vet as everything we were told by vets now makes perfect sense. Thank you again for your care
