Had a great visit today at the new maypole vets. The new vet was lovely and put me at ease as my dog was quite nervous. The vets name was Jane and I will definitely be going there again! The overall place was lovely and clean! Great place! Would give 5 stars!

Took my cats here this week (as my vet was fully booked) and the team were absolutely brilliant. They took them in on a same day and handled them so gently! No fuss or stress at all, which is a first for my two! Really professional setup. Definitely happy and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a good local vet.

Fantastic vets. The staff here are exceptionally gentle and patient, which makes a huge difference because my pet is usually quite nervous during visits. They never rush through an appointment and always ensure the environment is as calm and stress-free as possible. Clean modern facilities and wonderful communication. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with maypole vets. Their attentiveness, ability to explain the issue and my options, as well of sense of genuine concern for my pet has resulted in a good outcome for me and my dear kitty.

We took our two cats in this morning for their annual check-ups and booster vaccinations and had a really positive experience. The vet was incredibly attentive, thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and making sure both cats were comfortable throughout their appointments. It was clear that they genuinely care about the animals they see and take pride in providing excellent care. It's great to have an independent veterinary practice locally. Having previously used larger chain-owned vets, the difference in the level of personalised care and attention was immediately noticeable. It felt much more personal and tailored to our pets' individual needs. A fantastic addition to the area and somewhere we would happily recommend to other pet owners.
