We had such a positive experience with Blaize Vets Longbridge during a very difficult time for our dog, Bertie. The entire veterinary team were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. A special thank you to Emma Suiter, the neurology specialist, who was truly amazing. Her expertise, kindness, and reassurance meant so much to us. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped put our minds at ease throughout the whole process. Bertie was not only given excellent medical care but was also treated with so much love and compassion. It meant the world to us knowing he was being comforted with cuddles and genuine care while he was away from home. We were kept informed every step of the way with daily updates on Bertie’s progress, which made such a difference during an incredibly stressful time. The team have supported us throughout this entire journey, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for Bertie and for us — we will never forget your kindness.

Our cat, Lancey, was unfortunately involved in a car accident, resulting in a fractured femur that necessitated complex surgery, including a bone graft. He spent several days in the intensive care unit, where he required oxygen due to fluid in his lungs and fractured ribs. Upon our arrival at the hospital, we were attended to by the Lead Vet, Dr. Thomas Cammack, who thoroughly explained Lancey's injuries and the necessary treatments. He recommended an all-inclusive orthopedic package, which we found to be a cost-effective option and readily accepted. This package even covered repeated X-rays of the leg. We found the pricing to be very reasonable and equitable. Dr. Callum Sharp was the surgeon who operated on Lancey. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise, providing us with reassurance and addressing all our inquiries. We had complete confidence in his abilities, especially given his veterinary credentials from Cambridge University. Throughout Lancey's recovery, we were able to communicate with Dr. Callum via email, and he promptly responded to our questions. During Lancey's hospitalization, we received regular phone updates twice daily from the dedicated staff caring for him. Upon discharge, we received comprehensive written instructions detailing our cat's care regimen week by week, including medication schedules and dosages. The dedicated staff at Blaise Referrals Veterinary Hospital truly saved our cat's life and leg. Should your pet require a surgical referral, we highly recommend this facility, as they provide honest and transparent advice alongside exceptional treatment. Lancey has made a full recovery; he is now mobile and has resumed all his usual activities. We extend our sincere gratitude, both from myself and especially from Lancey

My dog was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer. Lara gave us the options which involved surgery to remove his nose. At every stage we were kept informed and up to date on what this would mean. The team at Blaise from the receptionists, nurses and the most brilliant surgeon Lara have all been absolutely wonderful. My best friend is now on the road to recovery, looking and feeling great and is supported by Blaise every step of the way. Benson highly recommends them!

My dog unfortunately required surgery twice at Blaise Veterinary Referral Centre, and both times her care was absolutely fantastic. The entire team was wonderful, Maria in particular. Maria was so compassionate, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She treated my fur baby with such kindness and care, and I had complete trust in her every step of the way. Going through surgery with your pet is never easy, but the support, expertise, and genuine empathy we experienced made all the difference. I’m so grateful for everything they did for us.

The Nurses here were amazing, we took our Chihuahua (Arlo) in this evening after he got his dew claw stuck and twisted in a knitted jumper. Tayla was amazing and managed calm Arlo down and subsequently detach the knitted jumper. Thank you so much to all staff, you were brilliant.
