Avoid this vet at all costs. I visited this practice on three separate occasions while my dog was severely unwell. He couldn’t eat for over a week and had a persistent rash, yet they failed to properly diagnose or treat him. Sadly, his condition deteriorated and he ultimately had to be put to sleep. Throughout the process, it felt as though money was their main concern rather than my dog’s wellbeing. Even at the point of euthanasia, I was quoted a ridiculous amount, which only added to an already heartbreaking situation. To make matters worse, they complicated things further by insisting I arrange a separate cremation through a third-party company they use. I was also never informed about a critical vaccine that my dog needed, which is extremely concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice.

Took my budgie, teddy, to see Tom, he was amazing, he had to handle Ted and listen to his heart (poor Tom had a few pecks from Ted, and Ted has a killer grip!!) FR6vs Luckily Tom survived, and Ted has a dodgy lung. So iv ordered the the things that Tom suggested. Thank you for your patience Tom, , the ladies in reception were friendly, and the waiting room is lovely and clean and modern .

Always been amazing with all of my precious cats even when we have had to make the worst decisions. They are all lovely people there. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Unhelpful in my efforts to adopt a dog that was rescued and passed to them. Local RSPCA was not used, so hopefully a reputable organisation was used to rehome Poppy and she ends up at a loving home.
