Took my rabbit there due to some scabs and loss of weight. The vet did not check her teeth which is always a concern with rabbits. Two weeks later I took her to a vet specialist. Immediately she checked the teeth and found an abcess. This needed to be operated on. Unfortunately the rabbit did not pull through. The weight lost in the time it took to get the right diagnosis meant that she had lost too much weight. During the original visit the vet prescribed meds for the scabs they did not have so she received ni treatment and could not even be obtained on the Internet! I was also told she probably had cancer!

Exceptional service in Kinver, from Mandy the receptionist ensuring that we were seen promptly, to the vet, Helen being so calm, professional, thorough and friendly. There is absolutely no doubt that they really care about your pet first and foremost. Our dog, who has been anxious about vet visits in the past, wasn’t nervous this time and barely noticed the painful procedure that she needed. And she is so much better already.

We have owned dogs for several years and knowing that our local team are always there for us is very reassuring. Their warmth, kindness, knowledge, experience and understanding is second to none. Recently our young dog Lilly was seriously ill with gastroenteritis. Helen filled in all the relevant paperwork, which I signed, before heading off to Bridgnorth for emergency treatment. Thanks to Helen there was no delay and a very sick Lilly was admitted and put on a drip. We rang later to enquire and early the next morning a vet was able to say that there had been improvement and possibly we could collect Lilly at the end of the day. The staff there gave us medication and instructions on diet for us to use at home. Thank you to her for her care and kindness. The following week we had to deal with raw patches on Lilly's paws from the drip etc. Helen to the rescue again and thanks to conversations with her, the wounds were healed by the end of the week. We really feared that we would lose Lilly on that ghastly weekend but thanks to Helen and her fantastic team, we now have a radiant puppy keeping us on our toes! We should also remember, that again Helen prescribed suitable medication for Molly our 8year old so that the team were able to carry out her annual check up without too much trauma!! We cannot thank you enough for everyone one of you in the Kinver team. You are all fantastic and it is great to think of you all as friends. THANK YOU

We registered our cat Simone with the Kinver practice when she was a kitten. She always received excellent care from all the team. Today we took her for the last time after being diagnosed with aggressive Sarcoma tumour. We were not pressured into having expensive tests, they just wanted the best for her. All the team were extremely kind and especially Jasmine the vet who treated her. So kind and compassionate, which is so important when dealing with end of life care. I can’t thank them enough, such hard decisions made easier when the staff show such empathy and concern. Forever grateful
