I can't recommend this vet clinic enough! The staff are very kind, patient, and visibly joyful to see and care for pets. All of the services are usually included in the subscription/monthly payments, so no surprises with upselling like you get with most clinics ("Ooh, we clipped your dog's nails, £15 please" 😂). Really great value for the money you pay! Keep up the fantastic work! ❤️

Julie was our initial point of contact and did everything she could to accommodate seeing our Whippet who had suffered an attack from another dog on a Sunday. We have moved from our previous vet to this practice now. The vet we saw made Misty a priority and the surgery was completed really quickly and Misty was back home just after lunch with review check ups planned. The invoice came out less than the initial estimate too so that is always welcome.

Having had a few negative experiences at other vets — and with our dog being a nervous boy at the best of times — it’s fair to say that a year ago he wasn’t the nicest patient. We happened to visit New Hall by chance, and it has completely changed the game for us. Following their recommendation for social visits, he’s been popping in every month over the past year just to say hello, have a few treats, and enjoy a quick game with his beloved tennis ball. The transformation has been incredible — our once terrified dog now wags his tail and greets the staff instead of cowering in the corner. Thank you! To everyone at New Hall for taking the time to build his confidence and make him feel safe. The dog who used to snarl and growl out of fear now looks forward to visits, wanting fuss and attention instead. I used to think trips to the vet would always be traumatic for all of us, but thanks to the amazing team at New Hall, that’s no longer the case. For the first time since he was a little puppy he had his injections with no problems, no howling, or having an accident due to fear. He wasn't man handled or dragged out the back to be treated and I didn't leave feeling like the worst dog owner in the world. They genuinely care, listen to your concerns, and go above and beyond to make sure every dog is comfortable — taking things entirely at their pace. I couldn’t (and wouldn’t) go anywhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars – Exceptional Care for Special Dogs I can’t praise The Veterinary Clinic on Walmley Road enough. From the moment you arrive, the team welcome you with warmth and genuine care, and it’s clear they truly love the animals they look after. A very special thank you to Jenny, who is simply outstanding – a true 10 out of 10 in every way. She has been caring for my beautiful dog Skyla, who is an amputee and uses a wheelchair after surviving a traumatic accident. Despite her challenges, Skyla is full of life, and Jenny treated her with such patience, compassion, and respect. It’s rare to find a vet who truly understands the unique needs of disabled and special-needs dogs, but Jenny went above and beyond. She explained Skyla’s care in detail, answered every question without rushing, and made sure Skyla felt calm and safe throughout her visit. The kindness and empathy she showed meant the world to us. The clinic itself is clean, organised, and run by a wonderful team who all share the same dedication to animal welfare. If you have a pet with mobility issues, in a wheelchair, or an amputee like Skyla, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. They provide not just exceptional veterinary care, but also genuine understanding and support for both you and your pet. Thanks to Jenny, Skyla continues to live her best life with comfort, dignity, and happiness – and for that, we are forever grateful.

Absolutely shocking first experience from this vet, “Pete” the vet carer has no shame, more interested in going home “in 10 minutes” than doing a professional job and care work! Spent £160 only to return back home with my dog in a worse state than when I took her there! Look at how “Pete” left my dog.
