As my first time here I was concerned for my puppies health as I believed something was wrong with her, I went here and they booked me straight away which was good, only few bad things about this place, there’s this a little bit overweight man who is extremely disrespectful and rude and when you try to speak with him it seems like he’s got an attitude problem. The receptionist at the counter is extremely friendly and nice don’t remember her name. I asked for a microchip and vaccination to be done along side the checkup for her health, they ignore or forgot about the microchip or vaccination and a vet only squeezed her stomach for a few minutes and then told me they need to do an X-ray which I’ll charge another 100 that day I was charged almost 150 just for a vet to squeeze her stomach and told me to sit down , I highly recommend a different vet house pets because not only did they check for any health issues, they vaccinated her, sorted me out with a microchip, somehow I paid less money at vet house pets whilst they also offered me a free bag of food. Please don’t go here thank you :)

Absolutely disgusted by this vets. We took our dog to them a couple weeks ago due to a change In her behaviour. (She was getting snappy with one of us) the vet examined her and said they couldn’t see anything. We paid for a Physio to come out to our home and she noted that her back seemed to be causing reaction, her left leg wasn’t as muscular as her right and she wasn’t fully picking up that leg. She gave our dog light therapy and some exercises and our dog picked up for a few days. She suggested we do a pain trial for a few days. We contacted this vet and asked for a prescription as they had seen our dog just a couple weeks ago with the same problem. They said they wouldn’t dispense without the Physio report. We went in today to again ask how long it was until they could dispense our dog is also in season and is scared of the fireworks on top of everything else so she needed some relief asap. I was told that nothing could be done until they had the repost and even then they might not issue the medication. They said the only way to do it was see the vet (another £50 odd pounds) I said I wasn’t happy with that as they had already seen her about the same problem and she just needed to do the pain trial then we would go from there. (Our dogs insured) The receptionist (Lucy) seemed to have no empathy at all just didn’t take our word for the Pysio treatment our dog had received. It was obvious they just wanted to get our dog in (again) and for us to pay more money. A woman also dropped a cat in that had been run over whilst we was there and was questioned by a nurse on who it belonged to (it belongs to a neighbour she’s knows but doesn’t know the address) and the nurse said “oh funny that” as though the woman was telling lies! They are obviously money motivated and don’t care for animals at all. They used to be a ok vet have used them for around 2/3 years Liz the one receptionist is lovely but the other one and the nurse need to take a few customer service training days and perhaps reconsider working with pets and people. We called another vet who believes we have seen a Pysio will check her over and dispense the medication. I wasn’t going to pay twice at Vets 4 Pets as she has already been seen by them so I’ve now moved vets. No care or empathy just got ££££££ in the eyes no wonder the place was empty.

They were absolutely brilliant!! We took a stray cat in for an abscess she got from bite - they were incredibly gentle with her, got the puss out and my cat did not struggle and looked very comfortable. They gave some really useful advice on how to manage the cats situation. The cat looks like it bounced back to health today and looks very happy. I definitely recommend this vet service all fur parents. We were not treated like just another customer. They gave us a brilliant service from the get go! The vet nurse and doctor were absolutely a gem of person

Veterinarians are really nice here, clean facility, friendly and handled our kitten with care. Receptionist are not very welcoming, appear grumpy and uptight in person and over the phone.

Highly recommended vet practice. Very educated and knowledgeable in what they do. I have multiple pets with them. Cats and dog, every single visit is wicked, they take a alot of care, effort and passion in what they do. The price is fair and very clear with what your paying for. They support your anytime via whatsapp which is convenient and also quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hugos Dad.
