  We have used this vet for a long time, and recently we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our dog, Hugo, put to sleep. When I called, they got us in very quickly. The vet who looked after us was so kind, compassionate, and understanding. They gave us plenty of time to say our final goodbye, which meant so much to us. They also asked if we would like a paw print and nose print as a keepsake. We have since received these beautifully presented in a card, and our daughter has put them in a frame in her bedroom. It is such a thoughtful gesture and something she will treasure forever as a precious memory of Hugo. Thank you to everyone involved for your kindness, care, and compassion during such a difficult time. It was a truly special touch that we will never forget. ❤️

  A day later I still can’t get over the £104 I was charged to prescribe my cat some flea treatment! What a rip off for 3 mins weighing of my kitten!

  Excellent vets who really care for the animals recently taken our 2 guinea pigs and they received amaxing care from the vet. I have now also registered my dog with them. Its an amazing place you just get that feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Prices are reasonable too.

  They were absolutely brilliant!! We took a stray cat in for an abscess she got from bite - they were incredibly gentle with her, got the puss out and my cat did not struggle and looked very comfortable. They gave some really useful advice on how to manage the cats situation. The cat looks like it bounced back to health today and looks very happy. I definitely recommend this vet service all fur parents. We were not treated like just another customer. They gave us a brilliant service from the get go! The vet nurse and doctor were absolutely a gem of person

  Highly recommended vet practice. Very educated and knowledgeable in what they do. I have multiple pets with them. Cats and dog, every single visit is wicked, they take a alot of care, effort and passion in what they do. The price is fair and very clear with what your paying for. They support your anytime via whatsapp which is convenient and also quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hugos Dad.
