    All the staff are so wonderful at looking after our dog, through routine check ups to when she is poorly. She loves going in, all the fuss she gets and the treats.

    Easy booking at short notice. Relaxed calm atmosphere (which helped with puppy’s first visit to the vet’s) and all the staff were very friendly. Seen straightaway with the health check & vaccination completed in minutes. Plus, free local parking. Will use this branch again.

    Pool House was recommended to me by a groomer. My dog, Lucy is the second dog I have brought here. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is all about the pets. I can't say it is the favourite destination for Lucy, but at least she's quite happy to go in! I've found that animals are treated kindly and with warmth.
