Very terrible service. Elena was rude, appointment was rushed and she also mentioned I had to make a decision quickly. Which rushed me into treatment options and cost me £££ more than it would elsewhere. This place seems to not care about the animal as much as their pockets. I will never bring strays here again. The deserve better treatments from the other vets in Solihull.
Read on Google →Vet and staff are very nice. My cat always go mad, but the vet could manage him very well. I also have other two dogs, Vet takes care them so much. Love to see my dogs didnt afraid to be there. All staff are lovely.
Read on Google →Very calm experience, Emma the vet took her time and we wasn't rushed. Time will tell if treatment will work. Can't say a trip to the vet is ever good but they made the visit as good as it could be.
Read on Google →Moved my dog to practice and they have always been so kind, caring and supportive, well knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make a reactive dog comfortable. Today, I took a poorly bunny which was abandoned and they saw us within ten minutes, I am so appreciative of the compassion shown today and can’t recommend the service from you all enough. Thankyou for reminding me of the kindness of humanity and the love we all have for animals in need.
Read on Google →My 2-year-old cat died after being mistreated at this clinic, and I cannot describe the level of disappointment and frustration we experienced. We brought him in multiple times over the course of a week, four visits in total. After the first visit, where a fever was identified, there was a shocking lack of proper follow-up. Basic checks were not consistently performed, and no one seemed to be closely monitoring his condition. By the second visit, he was already showing clear signs of jaundice and anaemia, serious and alarming symptoms. Yet we were simply told to continue medication and come back later. No urgency. No thorough investigation. No escalation. By the third visit, he had barely eaten for nearly a week. We were extremely worried, but instead of taking decisive action, we were repeatedly told to “wait and observe” and were given only appetite stimulants. We had to beg for hospitalisation and IV fluids ourselves. What is most upsetting is that no one ever told us how critical his condition actually was. At no point were we advised to seek emergency care or go to a better-equipped hospital. We trusted the professionals, but that trust was completely misplaced. Every visit was handled by a different vet. There was no continuity, no clear responsibility, and no sense that anyone truly understood how serious his condition had become. This was not just miscommunication. This was a failure to recognise and act on a deteriorating, life-threatening condition. Our cat might still be here if proper care and urgency had been given. Instead, we lost him. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
