Team at swaleside went above and beyond when one of my rabbits was unwell. Very accomodating of also allowing her two friends to stay in with her as she needed to be in daytime inpatient for two days. Explained everything clearly and took the time to show me what i needed to do to continue care at home. Rabbits can sometimes be slightly dismissed but the team at swaleside cared for and prioritised my bunny as they would any other family pet. Made a worrying time easier.

As always a brilliant experience at Swaleside for myself and our new dog Arabella who had a mucky ear. John was thorough in his examination - very gentle and kind. And we came away with something for the ear and it’s cleared up already. Highly recommend Swaleside. We use them for both dogs, the cat and the tortoises.

Ewen is an exceptional Vet. He explains everything in great detail and always puts our Patsys best interest first and foremost. The nursing staff took great care of Patsy while she was in for the day. Patsy was relaxed and happy when we collected her, and had clearly been well looked after.. I would and do recommend Swaleside Vets to anyone who wants the best for their pets.

Everyone works so hard to help you feel at ease when your dog is unwell. I was kept up to date throughout the day while they treated Burt my dog. He’s happy to be home now and back to his normal routine. Thank you everyone.

Visited with our dog Jake for post operation checkup. As usual the vet nurses were helpful and welcoming and make it a pleasure to visit. We saw vet John who removed the staples on the wound and explained what we needed to do to keep it clean and heal. We have been bringing our dogs to John for more than 20 years and is a great vet and practice.
