  We recently moved from the practice purely for geographical reasons, but we wanted to reflect how fantastic Grace and the whole team are there. They helped us through some difficult times with genuine kindness and our daft pussy cats have always received the most amazing care. We can't recommend them highly enough and will always be grateful to them x

  Ripped off completely by this vets, having spoken to other people I should never have gone to them and are known for this. Avoid at all costs. Management have slopey shoulders too, would rather defer you to another practice rather than deal with issues fairly and professionally when faced with complaints.

  I want to thank all the staff at Vets 4 Pets Sittingbourne for the compassion and professionalism we received having to make the hardest decision for our elderly cat. The level of care was very much appreciated and we are very grateful. It’s was so much better than the service with received years ago at another local vets. So glad we moved our pets to Vets4Pets

  Lovely caring staff who are easy to talk to. I feel heard and respected during consultations. My reactive cat also doesn't react negatively to them, despite what is wrong with him, which tells me a lot. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Vets4pets Sittingbourne were absolutely amazing with my dog today. He went in for neutering I was very anxious and so was he. They completely put my mind at ease with whatsapp updates and treated him with the upmost care and respect. He is now home resting. From the reception staff to vets they are so professional and friendly I can't thank them enough.
