It really says something about a place when my dog pulls me in to the threshold because he’s so keen to go to the vets! The team are exceptional at Faversham Veterinary Clinic. Their client care, for both animals and owners is fabulous- the use of the Pets App is great too. We cannot fault the treatment Hank has received. When Hank (cloud like cockerpoo, blue eyes, freckled nose) was asked for comment he said ‘it’s all worth it for the fuss I get from all the lovely ladies that work there’. Thanks for all you do.

Amazing service from everyone here at Faversham Vets. When I felt I had no where to turn and was exhausted for options, vet trips, second opinion, third opinion at other vets etc.. I then come across Faversham vets, where I discovered their pet/package/care plan. Almost Unbelievable at first sight! Signed up immediately and was tended to and recommend how best to deal with the situation. The owner (i believe) and vet I dealt with has been a god send for my Afra and has gone above and beyond for us! His knowledge was beyond any vet I come across when I needed it most, Didn’t waste no time beating around the bush and found the issue soon as he began testing what he believed was necessary. The staff are all so kind, welcoming and easy to talk to and also full of information which they are happy to share all day long! Happy to take my multiple phone calls of worry while my girl was in surgery. Absolutely flawless service from everyone here! Without your help I wouldn’t have my Dog still here with us today. I know that what ever situation I come across in regards to her health, your best interest is with her and you will do you best to accommodate. Myself, my family and my Afra honestly cannot Thankyou all enough for what you’ve done so far. Fingers crossed upwards from here.

We can’t recommend Faversham Veterinary Clinic enough! Our dog is usually very nervous at the vets, but the team here handled him with so much patience and kindness. They really put him at ease and took the time to make sure he felt comfortable. The staff are absolutely lovely—so friendly, reassuring, and professional. It makes such a difference knowing our dog is in such caring hands. We’re very grateful for the excellent care!🐶🥰
