We had our very first visit today with our kitten Tom, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the practice felt warm, calm and beautifully welcoming — such a lovely environment that immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. A special thank you to Lèa at front of house, who was incredibly kind, friendly and professional. She made us feel so welcome and reassured right from the start. Dr Radu, our veterinarian, was absolutely fantastic — gentle, patient, extremely knowledgeable and wonderful with Tom. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made our first visit a very positive and reassuring experience. We left feeling confident, supported and so happy to have chosen this practice. Highly recommended — an exceptional team in a beautiful setting.

Very professional and understanding and caring staff who genuinely want to do all they can to help. The vet was calm and explained everything and put my mind at rest. Radu is a very experienced and kind man who reminds me of the local vets we had 20 years or so ago. He was recommended to me when my vet of 19 years retired. Although it is a lot further to travel, it is so worth it to be confident that my precious dog is in excellent experienced caring hands. The communication skills of the staff, whether on the phone or face to face, were good, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much.

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!
