Recommended by parents, as they’ve always had a great experience here! First time bringing my own pets here (Giant French Lops - Rabbits) for their annual vaccinations. Overall experience was excellent from start to finish and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and supportive from start to finish. The rabbits were checked thoroughly and in-depth health check. The whole appointment (including waiting) was 30 minutes. Parking is limited but shouldn’t be an to much of an issue. Definitely will be returning and recommending this business to everyone.

My new rescue dog was sick twice and wouud not eat or drink. I was worred. Borden Lane found me an appointment, the vet listened, then gave him a jab and me some differant food fir him. We arrived home and he cleared the two dishes i had tried plus half a dish of water... then helped me with my chicken sandwich. Borden Lane have come up trumps again.

Took our dog in to have some suspicious looking skin growths checked out. Staff were excellent and helped with sorting out the insurance claim. Everything went smoothly, growths removed, biopsies done and he had his teeth done at the same time while he was out cold. Can't say anything negative about the whole process. Will definitely be going back again.
