We took our dog for his first vet visit and the service was fantastic. We saw Sid who was brilliant and very thorough.

They are honestly just the most lovely team! They genuinely care about helping your pet. Our Basset was just spayed and they have been amazing with her, despite the fact she was trying to do parkour on the furniture an hour after she got home from surgery! Thanks so much all

Repeated visits for my poodles ear infections, numerous sedations ear cleans/steroids at over £300 a visit told to have this done every 4 months to keep on top of it. Last visit 3 weeks later poor boys ears smelly/sore red inflamed, black gunk AGAIN only to be told to book in if I’m concerned! Pay another £40 consultation fee to be told what I already know and no solution. This has been going on for over a year. I have been driving an hours round trip to see a particular vet at this branch but feel totally dismissed and let down.

**Please read to the end as review updated Registered my pup here so had to take him for a health check to get a wormer. The vet was miserable, didn't make a fuss of him. Said he was underweight, which he wasn't. Then asked what breed he was (could have checked his notes). If he didn't know his breed, how did he know he was underweight? Really felt he was trying/expecting to find something wrong with him. He's a very healthy pup. Got hold of his back leg and started pulling it about for no reason, he isn't lame but didn't check his gait first. Asked what flea treatment I wanted out of the two offered, I said I didn't know and he didn't give me any advice or help on which to choose. He seemed generally disinterested. Didn't acknowledge hardly anything I said. Seeing as I'd be spending at least £7k in this dogs lifetime, plus pet club fees, I think he could have at least pretended to like my dog. If the attitude is like this with a basic health check, how could I have faith or trust in a serious illness? I'm very disappointed with the service I received ***Just to update, after this review I was called by the main vet who was very nice and kind, she apologised for the service I'd received and regretted that it was a locum vet I'd seen while she was on holiday. She offered me a free consultation to make up for what happened. As this practice has been recommended to me by friends and family I'm confident that I was just unlucky that day and would suggest people give this practice a try
