Could not be happier with this vets. I recently moved here after a terrible experience at another vets and was initially bit sceptical of HOW good their reviews were online but they are all accurate. The vets actually care about the animals and also the humans that own them! They talk everything through and actually listen, as well as being more affordable. Every person I’ve encountered at this vets has been lovely - highly recommend!

I would just like to sincerely thank you for seeing us at such short notice today. Your care and compassion truly did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful. The receptionists were so considerate and polite, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier, and the vet was both knowledgeable and genuinely caring. It was very reassuring to feel that we were in such capable and compassionate hands. I’m so glad we moved here and found a veterinary practice that clearly cares for animals. It’s so refreshing to experience a practice where compassion and kindness are just as important as professionalism. Thank you again- it really means a great deal to us.

I cannot recommend The Olive Tree Veterinary practice enough. What a lovely difference visiting an independent vets rather than a chain, where everyone is invested in providing an excellent, caring and personal service. From the friendly and courteous receptionists to the professional and caring vets; I cannot fault this place and highly recommend them. If you’re looking for a new vets, try them, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you guys for looking after Tom, our cat who had returned home rather bruised and battered after a week on the razz. He seems to even enjoy visiting you now! x

Honestly can’t recommend Olive Tree veterinary Surgery enough. From the very first day we went, Lindsay and the team have treated both me and our furry boys with nothing but warmth and compassion. For the first time it felt like someone was really listening and interested in the health of my boys. Sadly, one of my boys was too poorly and the kindest thing was send to him for his final sleep but Lindsay was so amazing, compassionate and kind, explaining everything that would happen, checking in every step of the way and gave us space to say goodbye. It truly shows that the team here are all about your pets, and I thoroughly recommend them.

We had never used Olive Tree before but we had read that they offered a home service to put our elderly dog to sleep. The vets that came to our house were very gentle and compassionate, even though we hadn’t met them before nothing felt awkward. We were able to be with our girl and stroke her while she went off to sleep. We kept her to bury in the garden but I understand that other services are offered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Olive Tree.
