  I decided to change the vet for my dogs, as they are fairly old now, and I felt they were just numbers at the other place. The decision for the Petals was because they are independent ones, and also closer to my house. James didn’t disappoint when I was with my two old ladies on our very first consultation; he was very knowledgeable and showed, straight away, the high standard of care he delivers to his fur patients. The reception team are very kind and friendly, always up to help with whatever I need. I found the type of care I want for my dogs. Thanks to all the team!

  Awesome service and superb care. Our little puppy loves James. We’re so relieved she’s not scared of going to Petals.   Forever grateful for Petals and the care they showed both me and my cat during one of the toughest moments of our lives. After Julian fell and broke his leg, we made the decision to amputate and Vet James and his team supported us every step of the way. They booked him in for surgery the next day and kept me fully informed by calling regularly and updating me on WhatsApp when there were anaesthesia complications. The aftercare and medication instructions were clear and reassuring and thanks to their dedication, Julian is now back to his happy self running, jumping, and purring again! Petals turned an overwhelming experience into something manageable with their professionalism and care. We’re truly so lucky to now have such a wonderful vet on our doorstep.
