  I had a lovely first visit to Petals with my cat, Caroline. James was kind, professional, and made us both feel at ease. Caroline was very calm during her check-up and vaccination, which made the whole experience even better. The lady at reception was also incredibly kind and friendly. We're so happy to have such a wonderful local vet just across the road. Highly recommend! 🙂

  What an absolutely incredible veterinary experience! One of my cats is very nervous around new people, yet he seemed to take to James immediately. My other cat can be a little feisty at times, but that’s definitely a her problem rather than a James problem — apologies for that! 😅 Demy, the nurse, was also a pleasure to deal with. The whole team made us feel welcome and at ease from start to finish. This is by far the best veterinary practice I’ve visited in over 30 years of having pets. James has clearly built something special here: a fantastic practice with refreshing customer service and modern branding to match. Highly recommended.

  James and his team are AMAZING. I never thought I’d see the day a cat was happy to go to the vet, but Ozzy absolutely loves visiting James. He practically struts in like he’s arriving at a dinner party rather than a medical appointment. Honestly, the whole experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The team at Petal Vets is kind, honest, and genuinely cares—not just about pets, but about the humans attached to them too. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel like your furry family member is the most important patient of the day. We also love their WhatsApp service. Being able to send updates, photos, or urgent questions and get advice without having to wait for another appointment is such a comfort. It’s reassuring to know there’s always someone there to help. It's such a local gem, and I'm so glad we registered with them. Thank you, James and the entire Petal Vets team. Ozzy may be your biggest fan, but we're not far behind!

  If you’re in this area and have a pet, this is absolutely the best place you could choose. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. You can really tell they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. Every visit has been smooth and reassuring, and I always feel confident that my pet is in great hands.   I decided to change the vet for my dogs, as they are fairly old now, and I felt they were just numbers at the other place. The decision for the Petals was because they are independent ones, and also closer to my house. James didn’t disappoint when I was with my two old ladies on our very first consultation; he was very knowledgeable and showed, straight away, the high standard of care he delivers to his fur patients. The reception team are very kind and friendly, always up to help with whatever I need. I found the type of care I want for my dogs. Thanks to all the team!
