Don’t go here. My mini dachshund went in today and they cut her nails too short and they were bleeding (which has never happened in any other groom before). Also my dog was not picked up / handled properly. Won’t be going back

We had a great experience at Wood Wharf Vets with our dog Tokyo. Every time we needed them, they saw her promptly and took excellent care of her. We’re especially grateful to Dr. Anna Ducos and Dr. Bernard for always being so thorough and kind with Tokyo, which gave us real peace of mind. The team has also been very helpful with our insurance claims and always responsive whenever we needed follow-ups.

I am speaking on behalf of my cat - James Bond. Today, my best friend, aka my mom brought me to Vets Wood Wharf for my second annual health checkup and vaccination. As I am a little timid boii, I was very nervous when we walked into the clinic. However, we were greeted by a very nice receptionist, who told me that she liked my name! (my name is bond, james bond, btw). Around a minute later, we were welcomed into the consultation room by Doctor Jae, a very incredibly nice and bubbly vet who quickly calmed me down. She did a thorough checkup on me - eyes, dental, heart beat, intestines, you name it, and praised that I am in very good shape (ofc i am! I’m James Bond and i do zoomies 24/7!!!) Lastly, she jammed me in my leg. But she was sooo gentle I barely feel a thing! She did informed my hooman that I would be quite tired after the jab though, so here I am, gonna go back to napping again. Thank you so much Doctor Jae for seeing me and the team for greeting us. We’d highly recommend Vets Wood Wharf to anyone in the Canary Wharf area!

I recently visited and was consulted by a lovely French vet Anna who, despite being extremely busy, managed to see my cat on such short notice. She had such a caring approach to handling them and carrying out their general check up. She was very knowledgeable and had a magical way with both of them and me as a worried owner - using humor and professionalism to make me feel at ease. I could see that the vets are under enormous pressure and despite lacking AC in the consulting rooms, she managed to keep calm and professional. The vets here really care about the animals and treat them as if they are their own. Although pet care is not cheap, this is clearly driven by the practice, not the vets who only want the best care for the animals. The bad reviews I have seen on here seem to lack any empathy of veterinary practice and are not a fair reflection of the quality of care that I have experienced from Dr Anna and her team.

Very helpful and friendly practice. We had a last minute request for assistance as we found a tick on our cat last week. Wood Wharf vet managed to get us in with their nurse to help remove the tick safely at a reasonable price. I rang a few other vets before that who wouldn't help because we were not registered with them or they were fully booked. Wood Wharf vet listened and understood it was not a real emergency but serious enough that we needed help. Well done for taking time to understand and help. Our cat is very grateful.
