My cat was very sick,we googled an emergency hospital in the area and got this place down the road from us. I called and explained the situation they said sorry we cant help you because your not on benefits. Wow,I pay my taxes so you won't help my animal they wouldn't even refer another hospital. We eventually found another hospital in the next area they were great got my cat in the same day and saved his life.

Greetings. Like Victoria Surgery, this place was clean, professional and most of all the Veterinary Nurse was professional. Years ago i used to work in Medi-Vet Hendon/Kingsbury and The Mayhew Animal Home. Great place truly relieving. Oh yeah the phone line is great, never ignored and the receptionist was great. True peace of Mind! 😘👑🫂 Salutationz

The staff and the vets at Merton are kind and considerate. They are thoughtful and understanding during very difficult times. If I had the money, I'd fund them for a thousand years. May all the gods bless them with great and good fortune. I cannot thank them enough.

I took my beautiful dog Kiki there so she could be put to sleep, as she was old and in a lot of pain. The vet was very kind and considerate and I can't praise her enough for all her help. The Blue X vetinary service is free to use for all people like me who can't afford expensive vetinary bills for their cherished pets.If you can please donate something to them here, you will have the gratitude of tens of thousands of people who, if it weren't for them, would never be able to get life saving treatment for their companions : https://www.bluecross.org.uk/donate
