My elderly parent’s cat was in the Pet Doctors annual care plan. They were late to collect included treatments because they are house bound and as a result Pet Doctors kept the treatments worth hundred of pounds. This is fraud and a disgrace. Whatever this local vet used to be it is now owned by CVS Group, a public company that buys up privately own vets. They are commercial very aggressive and are not on the side of the individual vet, pet or owner. Beware.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Charlotte and the team for making an incredibly traumatic time as comfortable as it could have been. Everyone was so kind and Charlotte was so professional and caring, it really did, and will help us get over the loss of our beloved dog Jet.

Absolutely Outstanding Care at Pet Doctors Seaford. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Pet Doctors Seaford for the exceptional care and treatment they provided for my cat. When we discovered a lump on her paw, we were naturally very worried, but from the moment we stepped through the door, we were met with kindness, compassion, and professionalism at every turn. A special thank you to the Vet Mar, who was incredibly thorough and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her expertise and gentle manner put both me, my wife and my cat at ease straight away. A special thank you to the whole for going the extra mile and for being so attentive and caring, treating my cat with such tenderness and love that it truly warmed my heart. Everybody were outstanding, greeting us with warmth and ensuring everything ran smoothly at all times. What really touched me was the thoughtful personal touch they added to my cat’s bandages ❤️a beautiful little heart that honestly melted my heart! It’s those small but meaningful gestures that show how much they genuinely care about their furry patients and their owners. The whole team went above and beyond, making a stressful situation so much easier to bear. It’s clear they’re not just incredibly skilled but also deeply passionate about the work they do. Thank you, Pet Doctors Seaford, you’re a truly wonderful team, and I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done for cookie. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for exceptional care for their fur babies.
