How many times does a vets need to hound you about cancelling your dogs Healthy Pet Club?...... 3, that's how many. At least 3 times Southdown Vets were informed about the passing of our dog, and yet they felt the need to send 2 emails and make a phone call hassling us to see if we meant to cancel. Absolute disgrace! Their service was never great in the first place, but this is disgraceful.

Lovely vets, nurses and reception staff. I have been to the Southwick and Hove clinics and found everyone to be kind and caring. My cat's vet, Anna, has been gentle, knowledgeable and honest. She tries to do what's best for my cat, but is also mindful of and transparent about costs.

So many issues with these VETs, it’s unreal. I have a cat with complex medical problems and I constantly have to advocate for him and us. They do not communicate with each other, they don’t look at their documentation clearly and they have just lied today to my husband’s face about charging us AGAIN for a prescription that we have already paid for. I purposely asked him to attend today because every single time there is an error/issue/problem, it’s exhausting and shows how incompetent the team is. AVOID at at costs if you want to retain your sanity.
