We have two cats and a dog and they have always been with Companion Care. Staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate. We have had uplifting times there and very traumatic, and they have been very helpful throughout. We have Pet Plan for the two of our older pets which spreads the costs, and is very helpful. The scales are always available for when I pop into Pets At Home so I can keep a check on our dogs weight. I can shop before and after the vet, or not, but it does help with our dogs anxiety levels. Sorry, bit garbled, but I wanted you to know as much as possible.

The team at Companion Care were great with my miniature dachsund when he had gastroenteritis this week. The vet gave frequent updates and the level of care and attention was second to none.

Fantastic staff ,my bearded dragon had to be put to sleep they fitted me in the same day even though I'm not registered, greeted by kind reception staff and a calm kind vet, overall very impressed and they were very generous with the fee, I will move to this vet off the back of this visit.

For the most part very good. Was a bit upset with how one of the receptionist was very nice and the other one was very off. Never said hello and didn’t even batter an eyelid at me or my dog like they usually do. Maybe having a bad day! No excuse for it though. I’m the one who’s just spent £272 on vets fees so not sure why they had a face like thunder and didn’t even feel the need to acknowledge me! Actually made me feel VERY uncomfortable being there in the waiting area!!
