  I’ve recently taken both of my kittens, Leo and Romeo, to Rosebury Vets and had such a lovely experience. We saw Tayler, who was absolutely wonderful, so kind, caring and incredibly thorough. He took the time to check both kittens carefully and made me feel completely reassured and confident that they were in great hands. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their patients, and I’m so grateful for the lovely care Leo and Romeo received. I would definitely recommend Rosebury Vets to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary practice! 🐾❤️

  After having some rough experiences with vets, I am so so glad I found them. Julian has bent over backwards to help me and my bunny. I bought my boy in after he had a fight with his friend and Julian was so on it with assessing him, working out what was wrong and finding a solution. He took all of my concerns seriously and saw my bunny as a bunny and not an injury. I am so so grateful for everything he has done and honestly could not fault him or any of the team at Rosebury. Odin was very well loved by all of the staff and they took amazing care of him.

  I can only give 5 stars, but they deserve a much higher rating. I brought my six year old bunny, Humphrey, as he had a rather nasty/hard lump in his dewlap. Montserrat was amazing, she checked him over thoroughly and advised antibiotics before surgery, some vets out there are very scalpel happy but she was brilliant in the cautious approach she recommended. She took his age into account and explained her approach to me in a way that was easily understood. Unfortunately the lump didn’t go down like we had hoped and Humphrey had to come for surgery. Montserrat, again, was amazing in how she answered all my questions and left no room for any doubts. Dan was incredible in how he wanted to speak with me first before operating and was very considerate towards both me and Humph. We had a very reasoned and educated discussion before the surgery, and he was very kind throughout the process. Humphrey pulled through and the staff operating got the whole abscess out in one go, and Dan was very thorough in what after care was needed. Humphrey came home in the same day and was completely fine overnight. We also got a complimentary phone call the next day to check on him and how he (and his sister rabbit) was doing. Thank you so much for helping me and my little man and restoring my faith in vets. Very good veterinary practice and strongly recommend!

  First visit to Rosebury Vets, first visit with kittens. Saw Monserrat, who was very efficient and informative. Good with the kittens who responded well to her. All the reception staff were happy and friendly, on the phone and in person. Explained to me about the kitten package which was a good deal. Would definitely recommend.

  I took my two puppies to have their 1st vaccinations and I was naturally a bit worried, but I didnt need to be. Such a lovely environment and a friendly reception team. Our vet, Montserrat gave both puppies a through examination before their jabs and was very informative and helpful. Overall and excellent experience and both our pups have been registered at Rosebury's
