Absolutely awful vets, our poor family cat aged 9 was seen by 3 different vets, all diagnosed him with different ailments… surgery and a ridiculous amount of medication prescribed, none of which worked, visited both the practices with my cat for just over 2 weeks, every time there was more cost, it added up to nearly £2000!!! The vets was very unsympathetic, no care or support was given to my cat or myself.. every appointment was very rushed. My cat was put to sleep sadly and even then know comfort for us as pet owners! The whole time it was upsetting and no sensitivity was given, even when I picked up his ashes it was like collecting something from a shop! This whole experience with these 2 practices as completely upset our family and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very unhappy with the treatment for my cat yesterday. Was sent to buy socks at Tesco's because they had run out of vetinary mesh to heal wounds. Shocking. I'm petrified my cat is going to die tonight. Socks???? £180?????

I had a problem with my doh and came here. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I had to wait a little bit but when I saw the vet she was caring and put out the options clearly. The treatment was about £1k to remove a lump from her ear.

We were holidaying in Eastbourne when our dog was ill, the vets were so helpful, contacting our vets back home, part of the IBC group also, for his history and issuing us medication all the same day. Was very impressed with the staffs attitude and professionalism, excellent service would recommend. Ralph was soon feeling much better.... THANK YOU
