I took my boy cat Tommy in for a neuter and the staff were very professional and took great care of him. They were informative, knowledgable, very attentive and caring. The after care pack was very helpful and it was a very good overall experience. They gave me all the correct information and phoned me to keep me updated. Thank you :)

I am writing this review to sing the praises of Tabita, a truly empathetic and excellent vet. Our dog, Pebble, was having unexplained abdominal pain and in agony. We are with another vet, who close at weekends, and we went to Vets 4 Pets as an emergency. Tabita examined Pebbles thoroughly and gave her IV fluids and helped us control her pain. She carried out essential blood tests, including electrolytes and pancreas. Pebbles has to be closely monitored, as she has Addisons. Effectively, when we brough Pebbles in, we thought she was dying. When we picked her up on Saturday and Sunday, Pebbles pain had been well managed and she was hydrated and in less pain. Tabita was even prepared, despite a busy list, to set time aside for emergency surgery, if required. It was not. We took Pebbles, a very old dog, into our registered vets who immediately operated. Earlier, they had identified a foreign object - which turned out to be a staple which had loosened itself from her stomach wall (an operation two years ago). The loose staple had created massive inflammation and my poor dog's liver had become glued to her stomach. No wonder she was in pain. Tabitha wanted an update - here it is! You are a really caring and excellent vet Tabita, and deserve recognition. You need to make breaks for yourself, though, as you work through your lunchbreaks. We met Tabita before with our now, sadly deceased dog, Phoebe, and thought highly of her then! Thank you and thank you again.

My two cats are always so well cared for. The reception team are always very helpful. Have seen all the Vets here and never had an issue, always listen to my concerns and give appropriate treatment options. The nursing team are great, I often pop in the nail clips and general advice and I always feel valued and welcomed. Would definitely recommend! Vet care can be expensive (having pets is a luxury, so we have insurance in case of anything major), however I feel confident with the Vets4Pet's team looking after my children.

My partner and I would like to thank ALL of the staff at Vet's for Pet's in Hastings, they have always treated us and our dogs so well I cannot thank them enough. As great as they all our we would like to thank Hunar especially with his help with Gus who sadly left us this week, he is the most dedicated, sensitive and supportive animal and owner focused vet I have ever met and a credit to Vets for Pets. After my own Vets failed to offer an appointment for my dog Dexter I contacted Vets 4 Pets. After explaining the problem (he was limping) was offered an appointment straight away. Dexter saw Vet Tabita who took the time to check him over properly , ask questions, and agree a plan of treatment. She was very knowledgeable and showed me an example of what was wrong with his joints. I have no hesitation in recommending this Vets practise. The reception staff were also lovely. They already put in my Petplan claim for me, and re check appointment booked.
