  Our darling 18yr old cat Fifi developed a growth which was unsightly and protruding from her back. We took her in for advice and felt very confident that it wasn't urgent but may become a concern in the future. We felt this was the best advice and no pressure from them to get the business. Eventually it did become a problem to Fifi and we've got to say the care, consideration given to the best course of action has been second to non. We've received a lovely hand back with clear care instructions and (most reassuring) emergency, out of hours phone numbers for any concerns we have. Our thanks go to the whole team for the care they've all shown to our elderly cat. Thank you.

  Pippy has been registered here for a number of years now and I wouldn't take her anywhere else. At 16 years old she is in amazing health despite having had illnesses. Hunor has been amazing and professional. Friendly and I can see his passion for animals. He mentioned a possible month focusing on older patients. And I must say this is superb news, oftentimes its the youngsters getting the attention. But as a pet parent to a senior its so good to know that the light is being given to the golden oldies. Thank you to all the team for being so wonderful at each visit.

  I took my boy cat Tommy in for a neuter and the staff were very professional and took great care of him. They were informative, knowledgable, very attentive and caring. The after care pack was very helpful and it was a very good overall experience. They gave me all the correct information and phoned me to keep me updated. Thank you :)
