My wife and I took our beloved Buddy for his final rest today. After having him for Christmas our lovely lad finally signalled over the last few days that he was about to leave us. The staff at Coopers from the receptionist to the attending vet that administered his final sleep treated us and our beloved lad with so much care and love that what is a difficult time was made softer. We were with him through the process. We had everything explained and double checked as well as options on what’s next and after to be done. When the time came Buddy lay in our arms and fell into a quick and deep sleep. At peace. We were given as much time as we needed to be with him and we will be forever grateful for all the care we received. Mariel and Richard

I had Ewa on my group tour recently, and she was an absolute pleasure to have with us. She’s genuinely a good person kind, positive, and always easy to connect with. You can really see how passionate she is about the work she does back in the UK, and how much heart she puts into it. What stood out the most is how caring she is with animals. Her love and respect for them shows in everything she says and does. Anyone who gets the chance to meet or work with Ewa will definitely feel that energy. Highly recommended!

It was our second time seeing the lovely Weronika today for an emergency appointment. Thankfully our fur baby is all well, but regardless Weronika made me feel heard and listened to with my concerns and made me feel in incredibly safe hands! A thorough examination and I felt incredibly reassured that our boy is okay! Weronika is a true asset to Coopers 🐾♥️

I visited Coopers vets today with my girl Roxy, the level of care and attention was without doubt the best I've ever received. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took great care with Roxy and explained in detail the course of action required to make her better. The reception staff were amazing from the off and even arranged a room for my girl as she was unsteady on her feet (even supplied a nic soft rug for her to lay on) This level of care and attention to detail make Coopers vets an amazing choice if you're looking for a veterinary clinic. Prices are extremely good and the practice was clean and very welcoming. Thank you to all the staff for helping my girl. Just amazing!!!

For 6 months we have been battling an awful ear infection in both ears of my dog. Struggling with resistance to treatments and so on. Thanks to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to find alternate treatments and persevered with Rufus, today we are all clear. For the first time in years we finally seem to have cleared him properly. I would like to thank all the staff, but a special shout out to Ewa and Anna, the vets that took so much time and had so much compassion and caring in trying to rid this infection. And Sasha on reception who nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all so much. Would highly recommend this practice, vets and all the staff.
