Trixie joined Pet Doctors coming up 6 months ago. After many visits I can confidently recommend this practice. All the staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and highly professional plus the costs are much lower than our previous vets. We no longer dread vet visits especially with the warm greeting from Bronwen the receptionist. Trixie loves Gemma the nurse and Betty the vet. If you’re looking for a new veterinary practice, this is the place for you.

A friendly and efficient welcome from Bronwen got Tabby and I off to a good start on Friday. Simon was thorough and knowledgeable, doing all I had planned and more. Certainly very happy to recommend Pet Doctors at Godalming!

I rang at 8.30 as I was very concerned about my cat. I had an appointment at 9. The vet, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was wonderful. I was kept fully updated and I really wish there could have been a happy outcome but it was not to be. My lovely girl (20 years old) was put to sleep in the afternoon after a rapid decline in her health. The care and compassion shown to both her and myself was exemplary.

Very caring and answered all questions I had, so far reliable and have a lot there to try to keep your cat calm while you wait (dog side of the waiting area had dog water bowl) different sides for cats/dogs which was nice, and a sprayed blanket for cats (feliway I think it was) wasn't waiting long as I got there early anyways, I'd recommend (I am an animal lover, but the extra little touches were really cool compared to when I was in a vets last about 20years ago) They also had selection of foods and toys to buy for your pets including stuff like diabetic animal food etc To wrap up, 5/5 no complaints and above and beyond. It's difficult for me to find things I have no problems with.
