  I can’t rate them highly enough, from the reception staff who are always on hand, to the Veterinary team. I always use Jack as my first choice, he’s so thorough, as well as being extremely patient with my two, who can be tricky at the best of times. Jack always explains everything thoroughly and provides an excellent service.

  Equivet have looked after our rescue horses for many years now. They could not be more caring and gentle with nervous animals who have been through so much trauma at the hands of humans before coming to our Sanctuary charity. Equivet treat each of our 30+ horses as an individual, offer bespoke care for every one of them and often make follow up calls to check how they are doing. They not only give our horses the very best care but they also support and advise our team of grooms so that they too are able to give our horses the very best. There is no question that our horses have better lives because of the work that Equivet and our team do as a partnership and we could not ask for more. Not forgetting the office/pharmacy team too who look after us so well. We would recommend Equivet to anyone.

  I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Equivet, but especially to Rebecca for the kindness she showed when my pony had to be put to sleep. It was the hardest decision me and my family have had to make, but Rebecca was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. She explained everything so clearly and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. She made sure her passing was as peaceful as it could be. I’m so grateful Flora was with Equivet and i will continue to use them for my future horses❤️

  I have been with Equivet since 2020 and have had many (!) visits during that time. I’ve been so happy with how much time and consideration has been taken over my horse to get to the bottom of his complex medical issues. All the vets have gone above and beyond - whether it’s checking in the next day to see how my horse is doing or sending X-rays off for a second opinion (this has happened twice). All the vets are friendly and approachable as well as brilliant at their jobs, I trust the team completely. Our primary vet, Jack knows my boy so well now - the little things like looking over his history again before he comes out have really impressed me. Rebecca recently went out of her way to give a second opinion on some X-rays and really went above and beyond. The office team are also lovely and always kind and helpful as well as efficient. Really happy with the service I have received over the years and my horse is still going strong at 20 with a multitude of issues thanks to the care from Equivet. Thank you!!
