  It was time for Oliver's Vaccinations yesterday, December 30th and it couldn't have gone better. The team were very helpful and fetched him from the car as Oliver is a very large boy! All went very smoothly and Oliver purred all through his examination and behaved well including during his pedicure. He does need a little less food however, otherwise all good.

  Our vet, Izzy, was friendly, caring and knowledgeable during Lottie’s check up, and Lottie herself was very calm. Staff on reception are always very welcoming and helpful.

  Took both Honey and Charlie for their annual check ups and vaccinations. Beth was absolutely brilliant with both and highlighted some health concerns for both. She gave me all the options available to me, no pressure was put on me to make any decision. Due to Honey’s being slightly more urgent, blood sample was taken immediately and a couple of hours later Beth phoned me with the results. Again she gave me the various options available for me to decide on what course of action to be taken. I cannot fault her for her professionalism, caring attitude towards both cats and myself. I would also like to say that the vet assistants/reception staff were also brilliant welcoming and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you, you are all brilliant

  Bowser had his annual check-up and booster jab and the team there were very helpful as they always are - Family (our other Cocker) also enjoys her visits and especially the treats!
