  I have found the service to be incredibly caring and compassionate. From Alison on reception to seeing Dr Rinnet. There is a very calming influence and our initial appointment didn't feel rushed. Dr Rinnet took time to listen and understand the complex history of my dog. He showed good knowledge and advice upon suspected diagnosis. It was very interesting to see disease from an alternative perspective (TVCM), which so much of it made sense given my dogs symptoms. Reassurance was provided that help could be given to treat my dog. I am not naive to think that all dogs can be "fixed" but for once I am truly hopeful. Living with and managing a dog with multiple allergies/intolerances to both food and the environment is challenging. But I feel hopeful that a combination of chinese herbs with acupuncture could finally work, particularly as my dog is unable to tolerate traditional western medication. I love that Dr Rinnet tries hard to fix the root cause, rather than mask symptoms. Its early days, but fingers crossed there may actually be light at the end of the tunnel. My advise would be if you are sceptical or unsure, just do it, you have nothing to lose, it may just be what your animal needs.

  My Daughter and I had a very good experience visiting Holistic Vet Care with our cat. Catherine was very professional, providing a thorough investigation into our Cat’s history and examined him carefully. She explained her findings well and discussed the outcome and future treatment plans going forward. We left feeling that this had been the most positive experience of a vet visit and have faith that our cat’s condition will improve very soon. We are extremely grateful to be able to treat our cat with natural remedies instead of the usual pharmaceutical treatments. He even relaxed during his acupuncture session and sat calmly with Catherine.

  Holistic Vet Care is a true place of healing for my dogs. The root of the problem is always at the front of their care and results have often been immediate! When looking to extend and enrich the life of my pets, this IS the place I go to for emotional support and wisdom. The team are great. Lovely, supportive receptionists and calm, expert animal healthcare of the highest standards is exactly what you get from this team. Brilliant.

  A superb wonderful Vet, whose gentleness and love are Paramount. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice and Catherine the new Vet is again a Vet full of love, Care and attention.. Plus the care you get as you walk in as you can help yourself to a nice coffee. The practice is located in wonderful surroundings of a boat marina and there are some fabulous walks by the side of the canal when you have finished. All in all a score Of 100 out of 100.

  I am really grateful for finding Dr Rinnert . He is very kind, patient and great even with stubborn German shepherds like my dog. Bandit has been seeing Dr Rinnert mainly for his constant itching and skin issues. Acupuncture combined with herbs is amazing and works wonders for him. Every acupuncture session turns him from being an active 24 h operating cctv into a sleeping baby. I have attached pictures of Bandit being himself and after his acupuncture session. I think everyone should consider Dr Rinnert’s approach first as it is not about treating symptoms, but going to the root cause to address it.
