  We are so grateful for the gentle , compassionate care we received as we said goodbye to our beautiful 17 year old cat Lynx last week. We saw three different vets during his brief illness ( his condition was made worse by the excessive heat we have been experiencing.) and they were all so kind. When we made that difficult decision that all pet owners dread we were treated with great kindness as Lynx was given a calm, peaceful, dignified passing as I held him in on my lap. The card we received was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us. Thank you to all the dedicated, professional staff. I cannot comment on the cost of the treatment as I am out of touch with the cost of veterinary care.

  Incredible vets - kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. We brought in a cat we’d recently taken on from an elderly family member for a check-up, and the experience was fantastic. The vet we saw was so lovely and helpful. They took the time to chat with us, helped look up the microchip details, gave the cat a basic health check, and helped estimate their age. They also kindly offered the consultation free of charge as a first visit, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.

  When I moved to the area four months ago, I registered my dogs at this practice and clearly explained that my older dog has a very complex medical history. They are within walking distance, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. On Monday morning I took my smaller dog in after a severe bout of vomiting. They sent him home with a painkiller and an isotonic drink, which I later discovered contained chicken protein — something he is severely allergic to. They also insisted he did not need antibiotics. That same evening he was rushed to hospital with severe acute pancreatitis and a serious infection. As I write this, he is fighting for his life. This practice has shown an extreme lack of due diligence and a shocking level of superficiality in their care. I will never forgive myself for ignoring the negative things I had already heard from local dog owners whose pets were misdiagnosed here. Please stay clear.

  Waverley Let's have been so kind to very much loved cat, even to her last days.. I got her cremated and I went to collect her.. They did a lovely card with some lovely words,and they even took paw prints of my cat and put some of her hair in a little jar.. They really have touched my heart, such a lovely gesture..Thank you so much to all the staff at Waverley Vets...
