I have just had my lovely elderly cat, Neo put to sleep. His care over the last few years has been excellent. Today his care was compassionate, kind, unhurried and professional. I cannot thank the lovely vet, Izzy, enough.

such incredibly quick and amazing results. took my dog in yesterday and almost immediately the amazing Izzy found the issue. with the rough diagnosis of diabetes based off blood results we've already been able to make changes to my dogs diet which has him perked up from the flat mess he was when we took him in yesterday. didn't even expect to leave with my dog much less a reasonably healthy dog. all the vets, nurses and receptionists care so much about the animals and work so hard to make it easy for owners and im so happy to be able to bring my dog here when I'm worried.

I have a little Ragdoll cat and she has been really poorly recently. The team at Farnham Veterinary Hospital have all been super helpful and very caring towards me and Fluffy. Fluffy was struggling with her health tonight and I spoke on the phone to a gentleman called Dan Clarke. He took the time to really listen to me and offer some really sensible and helpful advice. He did not try to rush me off the phone and showed he really cared and wanted to do the very best for Fluffy. I was so anxious and tearful tonight but Dan and his assistant acted extremely professional and gave me the time to ask questions to help make the best decisions for my little girl. Although it may not be a good outcome I feel lucky I have this practise on my doorstep to help guide Fluffy through the next steps of her medical journey. Antonia who is heading up the medical investigations has also been a huge support. Thank you once again to the whole team.

It has taken a while for me to be able to write this after the loss of my beautiful cat, Smudge. However, I feel compelled to write a review of this quite frankly wonderful Veterinary Hospital. From the first until the last, we were treated with compassion and respect. The level of diagnosis and treatment was nothing short of superb and they were able to help smudge on every single stage of her final journey, making her able to enjoy life right up until the very end. Their diagnoses were expert, accurate and timely and the treatments given helped her have an amazing quality of life until the very end. They went to great lengths to explain everything to us and our cat was quite frankly treated like she was royalty until the very end When that end came, we as a family were treated with such dignity and compassion that it was truly heart moving. I would like to thank the entire staff of this amazing practice for their professionalism, their courtesy , their expertise and their compassion throughout. We even received a signed card from the entire practice once our beloved Cat had passed away, which was a beautiful touch. I have nothing but the highest praise for this practice and can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.
