  Roger knew our dog well. At the end of his life there was no question who we wanted to be with peanut. Roger was compassionate understanding and caring throughout like always. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him in the future

  Roger came to our home to put our cat to sleep. He was calm and gentle and helped us through a difficult time. Having him come to our home and have our cats last moments be in their own surrounding rather than a vet surgery was so comforting.

  Saying goodbye to our beloved dog was a day and experience I had been dreading. I hadn’t met Roger before the day itself - he was recommended by my usual veterinary practice for home euthanasia visits. Although I had originally intended for him to visit our home, Roger told me about The Meadow Room at Dignity, our local pet crematorium. We had the room for two hours, he met us there, and it was a truly wonderful and peaceful experience. I am so grateful that he suggested it. I wasn’t sure if I could go through with it, and he was very kind and thoughtful in explaining why it was the right thing to do, without ever pressuring me. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to say goodbye. He was also extremely gentle with our dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Roger.

  Roger showed us such patience and understanding at a very sad time. Just making the whole experience a little less painful and insuring our beloved dog Ben had the most calm experience as he crossed over the rainbow bridge. I have already recommended personally to family friends, work colleages. So the 5 stars are very much deserved and given with much gratitued and thanks for your amazing service.
