  What a great experience received by a great team at the Tongham branch (actually Normandy, Guildford) Collected my dog from a groomer, to find out they had cut her pad on rear paw, which was deep and clearly needed the vet. Turned up with no appointment at 14.53 on a Friday. They saw me by 15.00. Assessment concluded they would need to put sutures in the wound. They didn't have enough staff to carry out the procedure, so contacted another branch and just like that they said I could leave my pet for the procedure and would start as soon as the nurse arrived from the other branch. By 17.20 I got a call saying procedure complete she was ready to collect. What a service, between Imogen, Yana, Joana & Clare, they really went above and beyond for me and my pet, and its refreshing to receive such great service. 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you all!

  I have nothing but great things to say about Pet Doctors Tongham, specifically Dr Reynolds. She proved to me that she cared not only about my English Bulldog’s health from the very moment I stepped foot in the room, but also ensured I felt understood and heard as his owner. I can’t thank her enough for making sure I never felt unsure of what we spoke about and decided on, as well as giving me a range of options, as she said - ‘you know your dog best’. Within 24-48 hours of leaving, her expertise had the issue looking 10 times better & myself and Pablo could not be happier! Amazing service from start to finish, thank you again!

  Pet Doctors Tongham have looked after all of our dogs and have done so with enormous compassion and care. The vets are good, but the nursing staff are excellent. Truly remarkable people who care for your fur babies as if they were their own. Could not recommend them more highly.

  Pet Doctors have looked after us for all our dogs, from puppy to end of life. They treated my dogs with dignity and respect and when my older spaniel needed expensive dental treatment, they recommended I sign up with the healthy pet club which caps the dental treatment at an affordable level, saving me £100's. I would absolutely recommend this practice over any in the Aldershot and Farnham area
